These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of maadhq.com (the “Site”), operated by Maad Collective LLC (“Maad,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
The Site is for information
The Site describes our services and lets you contact us. Content on the Site is for general information only and isn’t a promise of specific services, pricing or availability. Submitting the contact form doesn’t create a client relationship or any obligation for either of us.
Our services are covered by a separate agreement
If you hire Maad, the work is governed by a separate written agreement (such as a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work). If anything in these Terms conflicts with that agreement, the agreement controls.
No guaranteed results
Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including ad platform algorithms, market conditions, and your own product, pricing and operations. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of any particular result, return on ad spend, number of leads or revenue.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful
- Submit false information or impersonate someone else through our forms
- Send spam, malware or automated submissions
- Try to disrupt the Site or access systems or data you’re not authorized to access
Client Login
The Client Login link leads to our client dashboard, which is only for Maad clients with an account. Use of the dashboard is also subject to your client agreement with us.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including the Maad name, logo, text, graphics and design — belong to Maad Collective LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, modify or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or mention third-party websites and platforms (for example, Meta, Google or TikTok). We don’t control and aren’t responsible for them, and mentioning them doesn’t mean they endorse us.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t promise the Site will always be available, error-free or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maad Collective LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
